Private Dining
Our private room seats 24 (or 40 standing) with a dedicated server, custom menus, and no room fee with food minimums.
The Aspen Room sits just off the main dining room behind a reclaimed-barnwood slider — close enough to feel the restaurant's energy, private enough for toasts, negotiations, or a rehearsal dinner where both families are meeting for the first time.
Chef Castellanos builds each private menu with the host: family-style feasts, plated tasting menus, or heavy passed appetizers for standing receptions. Dietary needs are handled quietly and without ceremony — every guest gets a real plate, not an afterthought.
There's no room fee; we ask a food-and-beverage minimum that varies by night ($900 Tue–Thu, $1,800 Fri–Sat, $1,200 Sun). Your event gets a dedicated server and a single point of contact from first email to final check.

Private Dining FAQs
How far in advance should we book the private room?
Fridays and Saturdays book four to six weeks out year-round, and eight-plus weeks for December. Weeknights often have availability within two weeks. Dates are held with a card; nothing is charged unless you cancel inside 72 hours.
Can you handle mixed dietary needs at one event?
Yes — it's routine. Tell your coordinator the needs at menu planning and each guest receives a composed plate matching the menu's intent: vegan, gluten-free, allergies, kosher-style. No sad substitute plates.

Reservations recommended Friday and Saturday; the bar and patio are always walk-in. Private dining and catering inquiries welcome.
