Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your answer? Give us a call — we're happy to help.

Do you take reservations?

Yes, through OpenTable or by phone. The bar and patio are always walk-in. Fridays and Saturdays we recommend booking a week out; parties of 5 or more should always reserve.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

Seriously and without fuss. The menu marks vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut, and spicy items, and the kitchen maintains separate prep protocols for allergies. Tell your server or note it on your reservation — most dishes can be adapted.

Is there parking on Tennyson Street?

Street parking on Tennyson and the surrounding blocks is free but competitive after 6 PM on weekends. There's a public lot at 41st & Tennyson, and we're a short ride on the 38 bus line. Honestly: rideshare on Saturdays.

Are kids and dogs welcome?

Kids yes, always — high chairs, a real kids' plate from the kitchen (not a freezer). Dogs are welcome on the patio, where the water bowl is a permanent fixture.

When does the menu change?

The printed menu turns over roughly with the seasons; individual dishes change as farms deliver. The website menu is representative but the kitchen's whims win — Palisade peach season, in particular, takes over dessert.

Do you host private events?

Yes — the Aspen Room seats 24 (40 standing) with custom chef menus and no room fee, and we cater off-site across the Denver metro from drop-off lunches to full-service weddings. See Catering & Events, or email hello@junipertabledenver.com.

Do you serve brunch?

Sundays from 10 AM. No reservations needed before 11; after that, book ahead — the patio fills fast when it's sunny, which in Denver is most Sundays.

Is there a vegetarian or vegan tasting option?

The menu always carries substantial vegetarian mains, and the kitchen happily builds a vegan progression if you mention it when booking. Give us a day's notice and it gets genuinely ambitious.
